Nutmeg State FCU Mobile

I always used banks. I had a bad experience and was so disgusted with my bank’s manager that I tried Nutmeg because it’s a credit union. My only concern was access to ATMs. They explained that the credit unions in CT have an agreement that members can use the respective ATMs for free. From the start, they were professional, amiable and helpful. They know me by name and have helped me with several problems. I have never had a bad experience in over four years. I will never go back to a bank!

The workers are usually young don’t talk or help on what you should do or barely give you any advice it’s like a suicide mission to open and do everything on your own with a credit union that is barely known, and the cards have very high fraud risk it is not worth it to me to use this credit union due to the fact my card info has been stolen and used and i’ve had to replace it twice within the first 6 months. hire better people

This new version is awful. There is a glitch that often makes me have to sign in twice. I can’t see the total for all of my accounts like the old app used to show. It is visually unappealing. It does not show the names of pending transactions like it used to. Mobile deposits are not easy to do. Transfers to other members are also not as easy. Ridiculous update. The old version was much better and had no issues. Almost makes me want to switch banks and I’ve been a member since 2003.
