I can’t give a true review of how bad this app is. First of all I wanted to change my password that’s a joke. First when ask to change the password it just sends a link to change it only to have it send you right back to the signin page but not a way to change it. So try to do the chat with a so called expert. Anther mistake all they do is want to charge you $5 but it will be refunded and send a form to fill out which in turn want you sign up for something that will charge you from $55 to $43 dollar fee before they will help you change the password. No thanks. Then tried a different email to sigh up with. Fine but it was no help getting a parking pass to be able to park during the basketball game. So all I want to do is cancel these two accounts and forget this unhelpful app. But sure your so called expert chat people will just want me to sign up for a fee to do this. I’m sure this is how you make your money. So the review would be a minus 5 stars or sure.

1st time using this App. I enjoy the ability to easily select my parking areas in different cities. The App gives me the ability to choose my parking choices by cost to closest to my destination. This includes free parking. One downside is that some locations posted $0. In reality, it is $0 for 2 hrs/ 1hr/ or 30 minutes. I would like a bit more attention to the free of charge. Maybe a symbol, web link, or Icon to let people know what the actual situations are for private parking lots.

My husband and I were running late for a birthday party in San Francisco. We were at the end of a 5 hour drive and driving our 9’5” high sprinter van as we were planning to camp later in the weekend. Knowing we wouldn’t have much time to park, we tried to find a spot for a tall van on parkopedia. Thankfully we found one - 555 California parking garage which is listed as accepting vehicles up to 11’6” tall. We reserved and got there as quickly when we could. When we arrived, the attendant told us that they have a 7’7” height requirement for vehicles and the 11’6” height was for delivery trucks only and not for the parking garage! We were so bummed. After some time we managed to find a spot on the street and parked there despite the fact that we had both our mountain bikes and various other items exposed and were very nervous about being robbed. I emailed parkopedia that evening asking for a refund and to change the posting for that parking garage. They responded after 2 days, demanding a receipt for where I had parked instead. Since I had parked on the street after hours it was free and have no receipt. A quick call to the parking garage will easily verify our situation. Thanks for almost ruining our evening and for continuing to upset me for a measly $12. Will never use your app again.
