For the love of God, can this app get an upgrade? Something that doesn’t more closely resemble software from over 30 years ago, maybe? I’m shocked it even works with an iPhone. The login process is irritating as we’re unable to use biometrics (Face ID; or fingerprint for older model iPhones). It doesn’t stay signed in even though it asks us at each login. You can’t edit or create new schedules. You can’t approve time cards. Employees can’t access the app at all for time off requests. It’s just ridiculous. I only use it to view the schedule, which basically seems it useless because I have a printed copy. I wish it was as versatile as Kronos. Accompanied with location services so employees can clock in from their phone as long as 1) they’re scheduled and 2) they’re actually are their location I stress of having to go to another area to clock in if time clocks aren’t available for some reason. I feel like Windows Millennium edition was more stable than this app, and that speaks volumes. Are we ever going to see a more compatible, user friendly, and integrated app for Kronos?

This app consistently crashes, as well as having issues retrieving account information. When updates and bug fixes are rolled out most of the time they cause the app to perform worse than it already had been. Since doing the most recent update which was supposed to cover bug fixes you are unable to even access your account. Soft reset didn’t help nor did deleting the app and reinstalling, it only shows a blank white page. I would rather be logged out and have to put all my info in frequently like before. If only the app developers would take the time to read reviews and actually fix the issues people are experiencing then this app could really be beneficial to the people who need it/ have to utilize it. ... dealt with multiple scheduling applications, and I have to say that this is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. How bad is it, you might ask? Well, let's just say being required to use this app was one of the biggest reasons I left the job requiring it! Buggy. Glitchy, and totally worthless. I went back to a lesser paying job with a far superior scheduling app just to save myself a headache. I can now easily view my schedule, put in for a shift swap, shift transfer, use my pto, vacation, unpaid time, get real time updates/news, see my schedule up to 3 months in advance, log in with face ID, and stay signed in for 30 days at a time. None of that was possible with this horrible app. This app simply needs to be stamped obsolete and taken out of circulation.
