99.1 JOY FM – St. Louis

I love listening too this 99.1 joy! The music and the testimonies give me so much joy, hope and a sense of peace. The other day I heard Zach Williams song “feat is a liar” as I was driving too work and I began too cry! Because the devil will try too cripple us with fear in our minds. It took me back too when I had anxiety so bad I couldn’t drive my own car or sleep but God came in and delivered my mind! And Zachs song help me too remember that The Lord is with me and I have nothing too fear! Thank you for encouraging me everyday 99.1

I thank JOYFM for the Word of God, His Message of simply and easily loving each other and faith to Him being shared with US each and every day! Not sure when I found the station, probably around 6 years ago after the death of my second sister. It was the music, the energy and the strength I needed right at that moment. I was a fan!!!!😌. Not only the melody but the MESSAGE I received through that little black box in my car gave me instant peace with many songs still bringing a tear to my eye. I’ve given several years to help keep our beloved station on air but was unable to participate in the “final round” due to a major change in my health and finances. Thank you to those who did make it possible for us to continue listening!!!! While my physical condition is deteriorating I know Jesus is holding my hand and heart. Just as I KNOW He will guide me to grow stronger physically and mentally so I can walk down the aisle at my sons wedding in October of next year. I don’t like asking others for prayer as I feel there are others who need His help more than me. But a little boost would surely not hurt. Once I can get health insurance back I pray for the strength to push through and get stronger-on many levels. God’s peace and love to ALL of you, fellow listeners and staff at OUR precious JOYFM!!!!!🙏♥️🙏

So for a couple of summers I did this program called neighborhood experience and some of my friends had done it with me and I met someone with autism & fas and has the same surgery as me her name is Tati Pointious and she and I are co-workers and also friends and I’ve wanted to share with you this review about what I did for working if that’s ok ! Um so ...... before last summer I worked at a kids gym we rock the spectrum and I go there every Tuesdays now 9-11 and what I did was that I supervised kids for safety and I would help in the snack room and see what mr Tom who owns it what’s me to do and that’s pretty much it and I also worked at a Marcus movie theater - Ronnie’s every Thursday’s and now I work there in the afternoons and it’s not pretty busy like it was in the mornings and I just swept popcorn and this year I’m doing same/different jobs and what’s different about it is that I started working at a daycare called early explores academy and I do the same job at the gym supervising kiddos at recess and playing with them and I also took some time to clean windows + doors which is what I did at mods pizza it’s a restaurant in Kirkwood and I also stack silverware and sweeping and on Tuesday afternoons my staff takes me downtown to a office building called snapshot interactive and they’re a digital company who makes videos and social media and I get to help do that and I created my own presentation on PowerPoint and I helped with headquarters to take a pictures and you can look me up on instagram state Louis if you type in their name and it should be on there I also worked at Kirkwood library by my house Wednesday afternoons and I run through the craft set up for kids and In the mornings I worked at Staint Louis pet rescue Petco and I played with kittens and clean their condos and Thursday mornings I go to lucky s market and my job is to be the bagger and the afternoons I go to work at Ronnie’s which what I already explained and that’s my summer! And I’m still bagging this year at straubs and at school I dried dishes after lunch every day and this is my review
