MVV-App

Pretty easy to use app but I’d like more route options shown. My husband and I standing next to each other used the app to route from and to the same location, each receive different options.

I used this app to find my way through Munich's amazing public transportation system. It was easy to use and to pay for tickets. I would suggest making it easier to figure out how many zones you are moving through from starting point to destination, to pay correct ticket amount.

Beware: This is a scam app. When I was traveling from the hotel to the airport, I bought a ticket with my credit card. After transaction was complete, the ticket didn’t appear in my app and the receipt was not send. When I contacted the support and tried to explain the situation and request my ticket or refund of the money, MVV told me that I was lying to them and that I actually had a ticket (when in reality there was nothing in the app). They closed the case without returning my money.
