App crashing and show “Sorry something went wrong and cannot play content”

Recently, i kept request for disconnection, the guy came and hesitated to remove the my box and antenna even when i identified and said, he said someone’s is using ur box mam i cant remove. Due to lockdown i did not use much and my wire is lying on the floor dont know what happened, but during installation i remember they charged 2500 and also i know the location where my abtenna is fixed. Be aware guys people are using ur antennas also, if the box is inactive.

Didn't realise the old app had been discontinued till I fired it up earlier today. Boy was I in for some disappointment when I launched this "all new" app. Interface is clumsy, hardly impressive and, worst of all, videos stutter. And soon enough, an error pops up to end the viewing experience (or whatever that little, fleeting phase can be called). So much for my looking forward to the start of some great sporting action this year. Sort this, you incompetent louts!! Can't believe this stupid country signed up to being looted by "Conditional Access" service providers in the first place all those years ago - had to be a matter of time that, despite all advancement in technology, even accessing television on-the-go would be an arduous experience.
