There is no call option and I had to only chat . I initiated a chat at feb 7 around 8pm IST regarding an issue that “payments were deducted for auto renewal thrice but subscription didn’t got activated “ I have waited for almost 40minutes and I closed it as I lost my patience . Then now when I opened the chat again I can see that an executive joined chat on feb 8 at 1:40 pm .and she pinged something for 2 mins and left . How can I know how long to wait ? And surprisingly now when I initiated the chat again now I can see the update “Thanks for getting in touch! We've got your message and will reach out to you during our business hours, between 10 AM to 7 PM. Don't worry, we’ve got you covered.” Which is good . Hope you will improve the support and include a call option .

But doesn’t supports Safari on my MacBook Air. I read somewhere from Google that Airtel has discontinued Xstream services with Apple’s Safari but it works fine with Google Chrome that I had to install in my Mac. App works fine on iPhone but Airtel should consider it in working as Safari as well (for those who own Macs & browse through Safari frequently) even tried to do screen mirroring from my iPhone to Mac but only you can see the app interface not the videos on the app, it goes totally blank (black screen). Hope Airtel fixes this with Apple & its Safari browser; else everything is fine. Hope this review will be helpful to new users. Thanks.

The app has a plethora of good sources to provide us with entertainment and this is something that people like me all over India would require. Hats off to this aspect! Now to sum up the disappointing part, is the subtitles. The quality of video might be stupefying but no one would disagree to the fact that the experience of watching a TV Series/ Movie with subtitles is the best feeling, ever. I have faced continued problems with subtitles. For example, until last month I used to get complete subtitles but in Indonesian. I mean seriously? And then I tried the usual Restart/ Reset/ Delete method to get the subtitles. And I felt like I had achieved something. But you wouldn’t believe how long this lasted. 15 whole seconds! And now I get to enjoy content for 15 seconds every time I use the app. Later I’ve to just compromise with subtitles for quality. Please resolve this issue ASAP. Just for the records, your app has the potential to become, literally, as good as, and dare I say, better than Netflix.
