SPIE Conferences

Whoever designed this has never tested or used the app. Totally useless , tough to organize talks to attend. Stupid design

I downloaded the SPIE app for Photonics West and was very impressed at how useful it was in finding information, planning booth visits and viewing the event schedule. Also helped in connecting with other attendees. Will definitely use the app in planning future conferences!

I'd had this app for about a week and then it suddenly started misbehaving. I contacted the developer this morning and it turns out there was some sort of server issue that was causing bad data to be returned. Apparently the problem's fixed and and some changes were made to prevent it from happening in the future. We'll see. In the mean time it's been really helpful navigating the San Francisco conference. I agree a better calendar view in the schedule part would be nice.
