Picture Safe - Hidden Photos

So I have been using your app basically since lunch. I’ve already had one discrepancy where you did a security update many years ago and I got locked out of my app and lost so many photos. I recently had an issue since iOS 16 came out and lost a batch of back ups. After doing a lot of restoring, I finally was able to get back into the app and recover use of my latest photos. I have not had an issue for years until now. I tried to import my photos back into the app like I have in the past without a problem except now they show up in the app on my computer through iTunes, but not actually in the app. I also keep getting prompt to all of a sudden subscribe.. I paid for this app a long time ago. I go through restore purchases, and the subscription goes away, but lingers in the settings and still nothing works accordingly. Very frustrated.

I like the app but there’s one thing that really bothers me. When you close out the application it tries to force itself back open. This should not happen the app trying to reopen. In order to close the app out on iPhone. You have turn your head away from the camera so the app won’t open with the facial recognition feature. Then you have to physical swipe up maybe more than once to force the app to closeout. If they could fix this issue they would have a 5-star rating from me.

Purchased the app several years ago and have had minor issues with videos/pictures disappearing. Easy workaround but with this latest update I now have to subscribe monthly or yearly just to add videos when this is something I paid for years ago.
