The Ladder App is hands-down one of the most intuitive and well-designed tools I’ve used. From alarm notifications, pre- planning, work orders , member activity tracking , duty assignment this app is great! The interface is incredibly easy to navigate with clean, straightforward controls that make it user friendly from day one. One of my absolute favorite features is the critical alert functionality. No matter what mode your phone is on—whether it is set to Do Not Disturb, silent, or focus mode—you never have to worry about missing an alarm. That reliability alone sets it apart from anything else on the market. Beyond the app itself, the customer service and support team are top-tier. They are responsive, genuinely helpful, and consistently rolling out new features that continually improve the user experience. If you are looking for something powerful yet remarkably simple to incorporate into your dispatch and member alerting program this is it
I love the critical alert for iOS knowing even if on vibrate, it will still alert. It would be great to have the app focus aware so that if I go on a specific Do Not Disturb focus mode, it will not deliver any critical alerts. Like if at a movie theater. Right now I have to turn off critical alerts in iOS settings. This way it’s one trigger for no notifications across the entire OS for all apps as you can set that to turn the focus mode off for when I leave my current location or specific time. Also, would be great if we can get our unit times in the app as that’s useful for Medical call reporting (on scene, en route to hospital, RTB, etc.).
This is super easy to use, and it has to be! Love all the features it offers, and the UI is very welcoming and user friendly. Just took a couple of minutes to get use to it. I will definitely recommend to other people.
