I got the alerts set up how they’re supposed to be but there’s a problem. It’s not playing a sound when there’s weather and it’s not going through my lock screen on my device and there’s no red icon on the app. Please fix repeat when there is a weather warning it’s not coming through my lock screen on my device and it’s not playing a sound. And there’s no red icon on the app.
