Westfield - shopping app

When searching for the movie theater, that I know is there, location in the app the app crashes. Location of restaurants seems to work though.

TLDR: To use smart parking, tap the lower right icon, on the my personal account section, tap advantages and services -> tap sign up and that activates the smart parking feature if you’d already signed up. I was holding off on downloading this app because I read all the “smart parking not working” reviews. But it gets very annoying when I can only go in but not coming out without asking for help every time. I eventually gave in and looked inside out of the app to figure out if the smart parking feature is hidden somewhere, that’s when I found out I have to “sign up” for it again (actually I’m just reactivating it but the term they use is very confusing plus there’s no indication that signing up “VIP” would give access to smart parking 😓). The app itself was ok, but I’m only opening it when I have to sign-in again occasionally when the smart parking stop working from time to time.

Just went to open the app the get my smart parking transaction info, and was redirected to “Update,” which was actually a redirect to download a completely new app. The app doesn’t have any Smart Parking information even though my center (Westfield Century City) is a Smart Parking participant. Where is my historic information? Why is this update worse than the other app (which worked perfectly fine)? Help would be appreciated!
