EDIT: very upset that no one has reached out to me. 1. Their support link is broken. 2. I left a comment in the Problem link, no response and 3. After the review asking for help, no response. I’ve been paying for the app for the last few months. I play every day so I can continue to get help aids and I was almost a week away from getting the bonus aids that I have lost. I ended up refinishing one of the paintings and I started on another painting but I had another painting in progress that now I’ve totally lost. Really upset that the support team hasn’t tried to help me retrieve what I have lost.
I recently bought a new iPad and set it up but didn’t start using it. I was still using my old iPad while playing using your app. Then I realized that the e-sim card on the iPad had
not been activated so when I activated it and went to this app I see that because I was still playing on the old iPad everything didn’t transfer over. Is there a way I can have my painting that I finished and the new painting in progress transferred to my new iPad?

I’ve enjoyed using this app for awhile now and had no issues until about a week ago. Within minutes of opening the app and coloring a picture the game slows down, gets jerky when you try and move the picture around. If you have the picture enlarged to color and it slows down the picture will get super big and freeze. Sometimes it’ll go from large to small while freezing up. You have to close the app and reopen it to continue coloring your picture only to go through the same buggy process again. Even after hard closing the app you can still hear the game music for a few seconds.
I’ve tried numerous oil painting apps but without a doubt this is the best app to use. When working correctly it’ll give you hours of relaxing fun and pride for coloring such beautiful pictures. Several of my friends have downloaded the app but once the game started acting buggy for the past week, they’ve deleted the app. I’m very close to doing that, too. Just cannot do any coloring with these issues happening. As the game is now I couldn’t give it more than 3 stars but will be more than happy to give 5 stars once the app works properly again. I’m sure I speak for other players in requesting the app gets fixed and playable again very soon.

I just started doing painting in this app recently. My first 2 pictures were of a French Bulldog. The first one was a normal picture. The second was rated VERY HARD ; it was more like modern art. I like that it rates the complexity of the work & the number of pieces & colours that one will work on. The pictures are beautiful. I just did one of a scene overlooking the sea, it was rated very hard. I have several apps, but none of the others do that. Thank you for this app. Sometimes the adverts are a bit much, but if that is how it stays FREE, then I will ‘soldier on’. Looking forward to many more lovely pictures & hours of joy working on them.
