Struggling to set up. The downloadable app will not accept any form of payment so I am unable to watch any cloud message. In addition to that the memory card did not fit the slot. Kept getting a notice that the card was not found so while trying to get the memory card to sit properly it fell into the camera. There is no way to get it out, no way to watch any recordings. We can see ourselves in the camera but the point was to be able to see who is in the room when we are not there. Unfortunately I bought this off from Facebook best gadgets for 2024 list so not exactly sure where to return it to my money back. Guess I won’t be using that again and or this camera. Deleting the program.

To update my earlier review: I emailed customer service through the App Store. I got a print reply and was told I could view the policies and terms on their website so I did. I was successful in getting the camera to connect to wifi. Next I will try the SD card and video capabilities. Original Review: I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I purchased the camera. What a scam! I looked at the developers other apps, and they are also either not rated or lowly rated. Not only could I not view the privacy policy or the system agreement, but when I click on app support, it goes to a Chinese site that I can’t even read. It doesn’t seem you can work the camera without viewing the settings on the app so unless they take a return for a full refund, this is going to be a small paperweight.

I purchased this to keep an eye on my vehicle outside and was going to point it through my window. However I have the same issue as the other reviewer- the memory card doesn’t fit, the app doesn’t work, the camera mount doesn’t stick … and I was charged twice for the same purchase and have been unable to get a refund for the second charge. Also, when you receive the product, everything says JXL Pro, and nothing references the original Spy Cam website you purchase from. Do Not buy anything from this company.
