LOOK CYCLE

There appears to be a problem with email verification. If you sign up through the app, it doesn’t send an email verification. Without verifying your email, you cannot log in. If you sign up via their website, you should get the email verification.

Pedals function as most Look pedals do, however the app is not letting me log in. Tried resetting password, still not working. I’ve also tried a different email, but the same result. —— Les pédales fonctionnent comme la plupart des pédales Look, cependant l’application ne me laisse pas me connecter. J’ai essayé de réinitialiser le mot de passe, mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. J’ai également essayé une autre adresse e-mail, mais le résultat est le même. —- pedalen functioneren zoals de meeste Look-pedalen, maar de app laat me niet inloggen. Ik heb geprobeerd het wachtwoord te resetten, maar dat werkt nog steeds niet. Ik heb ook een ander e-mailadres geprobeerd, maar met hetzelfde resultaat.

So I just bought my pedals and had it installed by the dealer. I got home and downloaded the app. I was super excited to get it connected and get it working. I have now tried to connect it 9x and still not connecting. Argh!!! I have been using Look pedals for many years and have been happy with them and then this happens. I hope I can get it resolved ASAP! Definitely not what I was expecting from this company.
