Crashes every time I try to enter a patient log. The whole point of having this on my phone is being able to quickly log patients while I’m on the floor and can’t get to my computer. But since I can’t do that, this app serves zero functional purpose.

I’m having the same problem as others have had with an error popping up upon login saying there is an update when there is not an update. I have tried some troubleshooting and nothing has worked. I am unable to login and complete my coursework.

It says there’s an app update to download before I can continue using. There is not. I have uninstalled reinstalled and the app still won’t let me sign in claiming there is an update that does not indeed exist. Super frustrating as I use this daily to log cases. Revision: I have now been able to successfully use the app again, it’s a convenient app when it works.
