Purchased to practice questions on the go. I can’t use it because a lot of questions are incorrect, so it just causes confusion. I used their own course manual to check the answers. Also, I received their course through my college included as part of my tuition, yet when I downloaded this app, which I paid separately for, I can no longer access the questions on my laptop and track my progress. I don’t know if it’s related, or just an all around quality control issue. I have tried to contact them several times, but am ignored. I will be noting this to my college advisor for the OT programs there because maybe they shouldn’t be promoting this company.

I didn’t take the nbcot exam yet but I love this app and the accessibility to answer questions on my phone with instant feedback after answering questions!

It’s really frustrating as a student when you’re studying for a test, trusting your study material to be high quality, and it fails you. I haven’t taken my exam yet, but there are significant issues in a few of the study questions that cause confusion… when they should be reinforcing the correct information. For the price of the app, all questions should be thoroughly proofed. There’s no reason for a question to ask about a “12 year old” and the answer rationale be about a “12 month old”.
