I really really like the game even tho the further you get the more ridiculous the amount of energy you need gets. The game randomly force closes at least 12 times a day! Today when I open the game, I can’t open any factory to produce materials. I can’t click on the hardhat where decorations are I can’t even click on my guild to ask if anyone else is having issues. It’s super annoying esp with timed task bc I can’t make anything and will probably run outta time! There’s no “contact us” option in the game so all I can do is leave a review and hope it gets seen and the problem fixed. I’ve spent a good bit of money on this game! I really dk how you could finish an event without spending money. not everyone can spend money on games tho so it should be possible to finish an event without buying extra energy or diamonds. Hopefully it’ll get fixed soon. Also I can’t shake my phone to collect from characters so I have to tap everyone. Please fix or have some kind of compensation for the rewards that are gonna be missed. So they fix most of the issues and compensated for missed rewards. But this game STILL force closes 10-15 times a day depending on how often you check it but it is SO frustrating! I’ve never had a game do this much less every day several times a day for months!

I downloaded the game a while ago when we could get 50% discount on energy every 5 hour from the magic well for ten minutes. We used to be able to fill the ship multiple times a day (it’s up to you to decide). We used to use gems to bring it back to get energy. What we used to get from the passes were pretty decent comparing to what we get when those two features were around. It was great until they decided to end all of that by canceling the only features that made the game playable and enjoyable lol ( the energy discount and the ship). It’s impossible now to finish anything or enjoy anything. I used to play for hours without getting bored. Now you have to pay ridiculous amount of money to get the bare minimum to enjoy the game. They didn’t only change the best features this game had, but the amount we get from passes didn’t change lol. So basically now you pay the same price for less value. I’m talking about 20$ or more every 2-3 days. Who in their right mind would pay that much for a game? That was disappointing considering I was just starting the game. It’s been two months already. They didn’t bring those features back despite all the negative feedback. I didn’t even talk about the ridiculous amount of money the VIP levels (~11k dollars to lvl9) to get 1 character 💀+ not so good features + You have to maintain it with continuous purchased lol. I’m sure they would make more money if they fixed their mentality. There was too many ways to make the game better, but they chose to ruin it. 👏🏻 It was perfect as it was.

I love the game. It’s fun and I like the character development aspect, but it is what I would call a greedy game. I understand game developers need to make money and I’m all for that, but a monthly pass, a seasonal pass for a few weeks, and then a special pass for every event to help you finish it, is a little much. Especially because they want $8.99 for an event pass and the events change every three days or so. Buying the event pass still doesn’t give you a fair chance to finish the event because the tasks are too energy demanding once you get part way in. Because the game is fun, I have resigned to just buying the seasonal pass and just knowing I won’t be finishing any events because I refuse to spend that amount of money on a game.
