As a J&T courier, I would like to share some feedback and suggestions to improve the courier app. These issues affect our daily work and make deliveries more difficult than they need to be. 1. Customer phone numbers are hidden. Why are customer phone numbers hidden in the app? It would also be helpful to add a Copy button so we can quickly copy the number and paste it into BoxPlus or WhatsApp when we need to contact the customer. 2. POD photos are not saved when offline on iOS. When using an iPhone in offline mode, the Proof of Delivery (POD) photos are not saved to the phone’s gallery. If there is a problem with the delivery, we cannot send the POD photo to the customer through WhatsApp because the image is unavailable. 3. Only four POD photos are allowed. Please increase the limit from 4 photos to at least 6. Some deliveries require more photos to clearly show the parcel, delivery location, and surrounding area. 4. Cannot upload from the gallery after pressing Back. If we take a POD photo and accidentally press the Back button, the photo cannot be uploaded from the gallery even though it has already been taken. This means we have to take all the photos again, which wastes time. 5. Please improve WhatsApp integration. Many couriers contact customers through WhatsApp, but our numbers are often blocked because we have to message many different customers every day. It would be very helpful if the J&T Courier app could integrate with WhatsApp or provide an in-app messaging system, similar to other delivery platforms. This would reduce communication issues and help couriers avoid delivery failures and penalties, which can be very costly. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. I took a picture on this app and then wanted to upload the delivery picture on WhatsApp. After that, I went back to the J&T app to upload the screenshot on WhatsApp. Suddenly, the app closed and all the pictures I uploaded disappeared again. Please fix this to make it easier for workers. Because of this, many workers were fined RM 150.
