For a multibillion company like this, should invest more on how to make the app loads faster. Often need 30 seconds to just view an account detail. Very unpleasant experience using this app.

If another utility company is used as benchmark, TNB would looked into what makes a utility company apps decent. Please add download historical bills as a feature. This is a necessity nowadays. Thanks, i have to remove and add accounts again cause maybe it was added before this feature was there

Good and easy app to use. Just key in the name and IC number, and the app did the rest to pull all the relevant account information. Simply wonderful. No more hassle to find out the account number. No no more need for an actual paper bill. You can find out the status of an account right from the app. And you can pay direct from the app. Futher, the all is snappy with no lag. Clean, simple, beautiful and easy to navigate user interface. Well done TNB. You have my gratitude.
