I really enjoy this game, however the wait time for new Worlds is very long (we’ll over a month). When the new World is available, a newer version of the app is needed in order to play, however the new version isn’t available to be downloaded. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I know this is just a game. It’s not right to make your customers wait, only to make them wait longer for something you promised on a certain date.

No support available in link. I am unable to update app. It says I need to update but App Store says I did and to click “open”. I click open and it says I need to update. I paid for no ads so I don’t want to delete the app and reinstall since I can’t get any customer support. Please help. Again- I am unable to update.

It would really be nice if the developers would answer. This version never gives you the opportunity to skip a level. So I’m deleting, such a fun game, but, if can’t get past a level for days on end, should be able to skip. Ok so I am on level 20, winter is coming, world 4…..I have been on it for days😡, usually it will give me a chance to skip it, but that is not happening….becoming very frustrating for sure, might have to delete a GREAT game! UPDATE…QUESTION PLZ…. How do I get skins, so I can get different balls? I am on World 4 and haven’t gotten any skins yet?? Thanx….anybody plz.
