Surnames have minimum three characters
I agree with the other users, I have a two-letter last name and the app requires min 3 characters. It is indeed funny. To bypass this error message, put a space after your two-letter last name.

Lots of glitches
Logs me out and I have to log in again every time. Also if you get the password incorrect once, you have to restart the app or it won’t let you enter the password again. Please fix, thank you

Need to fix sign up process
I cannot sign up because my surname is only 2 letters but your website requires a minimum of 3. This will discourage a lot of Chinese customers because a lot of surnames will only have 2 letters. Please fix!!!
