It’s been 4 days and the app says it’s under maintenance

I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now it was working fine until last month where whenever I try to open the application it said it was under maintenance and it lasted for weeks. I deleted it from my phone and then reinstalled it and that seemed to have fixed the problem, but only temporarily. Just now I tried to do the same, delete the app and then install it again, and it worked but when I exited the app and tried to come back inside, it said it was under maintenance. Is there anyway we can have this fixed?

When I first downloaded the app it was working fine, made a deposit and everything was working, but two weeks ago I tried to log in and it wouldn’t let me it said “maintenance”. I have to delete the app and re-download it just to see my balance.
