Once I had funds in my account it took 30 seconds to send money to Mexico, competitive exchange rate and commissions.

I opened my account in early July. I provided all necessary information. My card arrived via FedEx and I had to allow FedEx to scan my driver’s license to accept delivery. When signing up they were offering a $25 sign up promotion. I received the card and activated it, 2 weeks later I received the email about the promotional payment changing. I had already followed all of the steps before the change. I contacted support and they only send the new terms and conditions which were not valid at my time of sign up. I think this company is luring users with promotions only to get their information. Do not provide this company with your personal information. A company that doesn’t stand behind their offer is not trustworthy! They’re probably selling our personal information! *Came back to update, I was told to contact them again and guess what? No response from them at all! I am would remove stars but there’s nothing lower than a 1. Stay away from this company!!

Signed up using a referral back in august, activated my card the day I got it maybe a week or so later. I have gotten 43 referrals, got paid for 6……SIX out of FORTY THREE. And it was broken up into two payments, weeks in between. But they sure take every last penny from me for their monthly fee. I’ve reached out to costumer service more than 15 times, and get literally the same lie every time “your issue has been escalated to our finance department “… um okay well what’s the solution?? They’ve only had 2 months to figure it out. I’m disgusted
