DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRANSFERS. They are unable to do money transfers and would be asking for your bank statements and self verification to return your money after they have used plaid authentication to run the transfer. And still they will not release my $100. This company never provided me with their bank statements and self verification when they too my money. These are criminals operating behind a company name. I am reporting them to BBB, FDIC, consumer protection agency, FBI, state and federal government, and White House. If you fall into their scheme, kindly make sure to have your lawyer draft you a powerful complaint letter and forward it to all these agencies and governmental bodies I mentioned. You can find their contact details through google. They need to be STOP!!!!

I’ve been using this service for over a year and I have nothing bad to say they are top-notch if you have a problem, they are on top of it immediately I would recommend this to anyone that wants to send money internationally or local I use them all the time and every time I run into a problem they get it fixed, right away

The app works if you do transactions occasionally. However, if for some reason they ask for proof of income due to using the service frequently or sending over a couple thousand dollars the experience is terrible.I sent two $1000 transactions and I was asked to send an ID complete a form and send proof of income. I ven after sending it all the transactions were not processed. I was told to use a different bank account. I had to open a new bank account, cancel the two transactions and resend as one $2000 transaction. Well even the. I was asked to send proof of income again. I sent all they asked, pay stubs, screenshots of my bank account deposits, pictures of my ID and a statement explaining what the money was for. I waited 6 days for the transaction to process, I would call everyday, at the beginning twice a day. They said they were processing the transaction, then said they had a problem with their system, then requested additional proof of income, which I sent. Finally, I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said to call back because the supervisor was busy, I asked to be transferred to the department that processes the transactions, but they wouldn’t do it either. So then the guy told me he had cancelled the transaction. I explained I had not asked to cancel the transaction. But he said it was done and he couldn’t undo it. Now I waited a week, provided all kinds of I formation, wasted a bunch of time, the exchange rate went down so I have to send using a different service at a lower exchange rate. Just a terrible experience and terrible customer service. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
