Centavizer - Walk to Earn Cash

I have supported this app before it even became Centavizer and was a tottally different name. I had tons of point on the app before this one and when they updated to this I lost everything. So I just kept it moving and building points and winning gift cards which I loved. The first few paid out. This literally gave me a reason to want to open the app multiple times per day and I looked forward to it. Later on down the line I had acquired a good bit of points and gift cards. The gift cards from then on never loaded and it said if you put your email in it would contact you when they did and never happened. Plus I wind multiple 5$ Starbucks cards which never even showed in my vault. Not to mention the 60,000 points I’ve acquired and now can not use. Was heartbroken after finding this out and felt like I was robbed of so much precious time and effort. I have not deleted the app yet hoping I would find a solution or they would get there stuff together. It’s been months and months. If you guys get this message please tell me what I can do to rectify this situation for a veteran consumer and customer. I’d highly appreciate that.

I’ve claimed a gift card for my centz but the gift card does not show up in my vault. Also I have been waiting for another gift card I claimed months ago. Customer service says they are backed up regarding claimed rewards but I’m in line to get paid . It’s been 3 months with no payment. The app started off great but now my last two payment claims ended with no payment at all. It is now a complete waste of time. Uninstalling and I recommend you don’t waste your time either. Many better paying apps out there. Update. Still have them a chance but now I’ve won a gift card on the wheel and I’ve earned a gift card with walking but they refuse to give me my gift cards. Been two months and nothing. Uninstalling now. Don’t waste your time. Doesn’t deserve one star

I won one Starbucks gift card for $5 .. ok cool I guess and I like logging in and spinning the wheel , the ar map where there’s suppose to be waypoints is nothing but green space no matter where I walk , I tried contacting customer service 2x with no response as to if this is normal .. honestly not the greatest app and certainly not the greatest name .. def could have come up with something better .. anyways that’s my review :) hopefully it gets better but who knows the commerical was vague and I dident understand what the program was about at first .
