I had great hopes for this App when I downloaded it as I frequent a store nearby. However, nothing works in this App!!!! Even the easiest thing of signing up doesn’t work correctly. I have tried it three times just to be sure it wasn’t me or didn’t have anything to do with the time of day. Finally on the third try I received an email to confirm my account but when I clicked the link it told me I either had the wrong login ID or password even though I took a screenshot when I created them to ensure I’d have them. Just for fun I tried a fourth time to signup out of the App and was told that the email hadn’t been confirmed but was held for another user. NO CRAP I just signed up using the ID and the confirmation link wouldn’t confirm me. Done with it! Over it! Can’t believe the Apple App Store allows junk like this on their phones🤬

Houchens industry wants to compete with Walmart and Kroger and cannot find a developer or support for the app. Probably the worst grocery store app on the market. You have the ability to drop $40-50k on a professional developer and can afford the upkeep and backend for an app. Costing yourself millions for a few thousand bucks thinking you are coming out ahead on your bottom line. Not having the right app literally brings your stock and brand value down. Pure trash, and the developers should be ashamed for claiming to have cloud skills, coding skills, and even a background in IT!

Most of this app is garbage like the others say, but pretty much everything in the coupons section seems to work. I was able to sign up for an account in that section and load coupons. It wants you to select your hometown Food Giant but only seems to have KY stores. I’m in MS so I just picked one. It’ll be interesting to see if the coupons apply when I’m in the store. Overall, this thing needs major work, but at least the main section does seem to work as it should. Note the companion app isn’t any better but it does have my local store.
