I spent all this money getting cameras installed around the exterior of my property and I’m finding the data from them is almost impossible to access. Even the tech who helped with the installation had real trouble figuring out how to access different features. The help articles are useless unless you are an IT pro and the hoops you have to go through to find anything or to change settings makes it very difficult or impossible to use. I am so disappointed when other apps for services like Blink are so easy to navigate. It makes me really regret the entire purchase. I would avoid like the plague.

The alert notification doesn’t always load. It will get stuck on 98% then the app just shuts down or the replay icon appears. When you try to replay it stops loading at the same place. The loading time also takes a long time. The app also does not list all of the alert notifications.

Would give 5 stars except for one issue. We like to have the app pulled up on our iPad 24/7 so we can always monitor our security cameras around our house, however the app automatically closes or times out. We have the iPad set to never auto lock, so it’s the app that automatically times out seemingly after having it open for a certain amount of time - making us have to reopen the app up every day, when we’d wish it could just stay open without “timing out” or automatically closing. Developer, could you please allow this app to be open 24/7 for whatever duration we please without automatically closing? Our last security camera app allowed this and it would be great if this one does. Thanks!
