I subscribed in 2023, watched three shows and cancelled annual subscription. Received confirmation of cancellation but was charged again in 2024 and now in 2025. Received cancellation notices each time. Just saw a 2026 charge. Tried to phone number provided by the “technical advisor” who assured me it was cancelled and the number he has listed on his email is for a children’s day care center. Stay away.
I have trouble logging on to the app, it asks for a username and password but there’s not anywhere to create these. I can log on through my gmail sometimes when it asks me to
