Big Jay's Pizzeria

Shout out to Big Jay’s crew in Marcy. You guys are the best in service bar none. The food is delicious all the time. People are very friendly and inviting when you come in. I have one suggestion on the online application. When ordering Antipasto online, there is no option to take out any items that are in the antipasto. Example. Black Olives. If u want them on the side there is no option to do that. Idk if there is anything on application you could do? It’s my 1st time ordering online and I noticed that. Ty Adam Hearty

Best food, best service. You’ll never see an owner so up front and with their customers. The vibe is the best. They are worth the wait on the their busiest days. I’d give more stars if it were an option.

Since it’s opening we have gone many times. We have gotten subs wings New York style pizza upside down pizza tomato pie and Sicilian every single one of them was perfection. Jay his staff go above and beyond to accommodate his customers. Too many times you call a pizzeria and get attitude from whomever answers the phone but not here. I have turned many people onto Jay’s Pizza and will continuously do so! please don’t ever leave Marcy! Maybe a second or third location would probably be a good idea, if you ever try going in there at lunchtime some days you’re barely in the building and they still seem to get you out in a timely fashion! they also give back to the community and Jay treats his staff awesome I think more owners should take a note.
