One of the worst apps I’ve ever used - the old one wasn’t that bad but this one is terrible. I have tried to use it 3 separate times and it has only worked once. Please fix!!! There is no option to edit once added to cart, no way to easily see order, and trying to pay with a card is impossible. Multiple times during the ordering status it just restarts.
The old version of the app was terrible but at least I could order food. Makes me create an account, then when I try to sign i to said account, no account exists with that email. Having to endlessly scroll to add items to the cart, not being able to change the quantity until the final screen. Then after 40 minutes of scrolling and adjusting, it won’t let me put the order through because it needs an address even though it’s take out, and there’s no place to type an address. I don’t think they understand how much business they’ve lost just based on how horrible this app is right now. Just going to get McDonald’s or something.
The previous version was bad enough, but at least it worked. This new version is absolutely dreadful. Trying to find the food you want requires scrolling through 3 dozen menu headings at the top then scroll through the box to further find. Once you apply one item, reverts all the way to the beginning. Then trying to pay is an even bigger mess. Some weird error, takes me to a box that says parameters don’t work, then fails to allow me to add a card, requiring me to choose “cash” as the only option for purchase that actually works. I’d love to know who came up with this concept., as it’s probably the worst designed app I’ve used in a very long time
