It worked well for one order but the second order was a total failure. They have very poor customer service and support. The only contact number on their app doesn’t answer any customer calls - blocks numbers when we try reaching out. Pretty frustrating when they dupe customers using such tactics. Maybe it’s the lack of proper checks but they shouldn’t take up ordered if they don’t have people to answer customer queries or concerns. Do not use this app!

I ordered 1/2kg prawns the other day and tbh those were fresh prawns and very neatly packed. and the app has a very friendly user interface and is very easy to order. I’d strongly recommend Freshma for your further sea food order usage.
