Yes you can purchase from the app but only for that purpose the app is useful. The ‘call us’ option does nothing. There is a cancel order option which is always greyed out. There is View Exchange/Return policy button which does nothing. There is an FAQ option, About us, Contact Us - all of which does nothing when clicked on. Pretty much every other button other than choosing products does nothing. Did they even test the app ??? Feedback unrelated to the app - they have an even worser customer service support - where the calls never get connected to agent directly. Their help email address points to a mailbox which I have never received any response from.

In fact there’s no option let for the user to place a return, eventhough they calim it to be a 14 days easy return! Users will be pushed to place an exchange request. Now after the item being picked up also, the status shows “Requested exchange(s) is in transit ; Expect exchange in (x) working days”. The customer care executive will narrate it to be the status of a return pickup. If the picked up item is in transit to reach the wear house for quality check, why isn’t that communicated over the app? It should just show the item’s pickup status, then the item’s quality check status and then the final confirmation on return & refund!
