Reviews: What People Think About Idle Dyson Swarm

Simple idle game that is pretty fun to play. The time storage feature is really innovative and I like waking up in the morning and stepping through the time in smaller increments. I think the tech tree could use some balancing. The reintroduction of manual labor is OP until you’ve done new game plus a few times. Then it’s just whatever I saved in the tree until the end. There are lots of techs in the tree I’ve not tried because they don’t help unlock skill points or because they’re non refundable and it feels like it punishes me for trying them out. I also wish I didn’t have to allocate skill points to roll over two skills points to the next round—it should happen regardless. It would also be cool if some the skill point goals weren’t directly related to panel production. The fastest way to get panels is by using the manual building to create new assemblies, so after 20 planets I’m not really incentivized to build the more expensive buildings because it’s impossible to catch up to the production generated by the manual building. I still do because big numbers are fun. Overall really enjoyed the game. Currently learning the meaning of life and enjoyed the process enough to really think about the tech tree.

I have now been playing this game for a few months. The set up is simple. The user interface is easy to work with, and the game does a good job of explaining its own mechanics to you. As you progress through the phases of prestige, and again, and again, this game actually speeds up. One of the unique things about this game is the way that it loops planet production back to the number of produced bots, so that the more bots you produce, the more factories are being produced as well. This game also incorporates a prestige plus system, which adds a new element to the game and expands its appeal. an excellent game, and does not require any money to enjoy. Highly recommended from someone who has played many games of this type. One gripe. When bot automation is purchased, it covers up the planet growth rate obtained by the Scientific Planets skill. The automation button should be shifted to the center.

I love this game for its simplicity. No ads, no premium currencies, just like how I have always wished games were like. Along with no over-excessive tapping for currencies. (However, some slow tapping is needed for the first bit of the game, but that does not take too long.) The concept of making endless bots, solar energy and taking over galaxies is clever to say the least. This is perfect for those who dislike limited-time events, confusing currencies, over-detailed gimmicks, or taking up lots of your phone's storage. While many updates have been arriving recently, it does increase the game's complexities slightly, but still makes it more interesting and enjoyable. I wish I have found this game earlier. It is amazing. But not 100% perfect. Like any idle game, it can get repetitive overtime. But that is barely an obstacle for me. One last thing is how the skill tree is challenging but fair.
