This app is horrible it left me trapped in the Hamilton parking garage. I made an account with the app first rolled out last year and this year my car was still linked to the account but the app would not let me log in. When I try to reset my password to login it says to use my Apple credentials. There is no way to Sign in with Apple credentials?!? If I try to register it says the email is in use. If I use a new email and enter my license plate it says the car is in use. I am so frustrated and don’t think I’ll ever be able to park my car in the Hamilton garage again because it is linked to a account that I can’t get to!! Also customer service is non existent. If the gate attendant hadn’t manually raised the gate I don’t know how I would have ever gotten out. It also made a ridiculously long line as we tried to get it sorted out. An inconvenience and horrible experience. Please please contact me to delete the ghost account.

The license plate system has made a world of difference! The gate goes up so quick when I pull in the lane. Thank you, I was tired of getting stuck with tickets that had problems all the time! This has made my commute much better!

The app is pretty fluid and works very quickly when you open it. That’s a big deal for something like this, when you’re pulling into a garage trying to make your train… you don’t wanna be fumbling with an app for 30 seconds just to get the gate up. I love that as soon as your camera opens to show the barcode, the gate immediately opens, every time. No back and forth trying to get your credit card to work in the ancient reader. That’s probably the #1 reason to use the app over paying with card or ticket, so much less hassle. Plus you can keep track of your parking session on your phone from anywhere, so I know exactly how much I’m paying and that my car is still there, even when im 100 miles away in a different city.
