The thing that sold me is that it does the three things I actually wanted in one place. I can set goals, block the apps that pull me off track, and it stays lined up with what I'm really doing on my desktop instead of guessing. So for the first time I've got all my screen time covered,not just my phone, not just the browser, the whole picture. Setting a goal and knowing the blocker will back me up means I don't have to rely on willpower. (Which is nonexistent 😂) Been looking for something that ties all of this together for a while. This is the first one that does.

Very helpful for tracking time - especially when used with the desktop app.

I’ve been a RescueTime user for years and I’ve come to rely on it to keep me focused while working at my computer. Excited to be able to take that focus with me on my phone!
