Yes 7 hours. It has a motivational quote during the lock mode that helps. I like the strict mode because it really keeps me on track by not allowing apps to be available until after the time expires. No 5 star rating because it crashes a lot. I don’t know if that’s an iOS thing but it’s not difficult to work around it for now. Also iOS has a limit of 50 individual apps to block. You can block a whole categories of apps but this app will group an important app with less important ones.

I absolutely love this app! This is the only app I’ve found that offers you the option to set intervals and add an educational requirement for apps. Complete ADHD game changer! Before I would burn though all my screen time first thing in the morning. Now I can set it to force me to spread it out. Also, the educational option…OMG! Chefs Kiss! I can literally set it up where I have to use a productivity app before I get on social media! I don’t know if I can live without this app. It’s occasionally buggy but it seems like the usually patch up issues very quickly.

Free version is alright—I think it would be greatly improved if given just one “pause for X amount of minutes” was enabled for free users. I understand that some features are locked behind a paywall for a reason, but I think giving free users a sample of this one feature would prevent many more from uninstalling the app.
To me, there’s just not enough functionality to justify paying a subscription for a screentime app. I would definitely consider a one-time payment (because it is helpful enough to justify that!) but $4 a month indefinitely is not worth it to me.
