Locations drop off the app and surveys don't save all the time. The app is constantly tracking you moment to moment. The tracking notification that’s always on in the top left corner of my phone feels like a dystopian hellscape. It feels less like business software and more like adult babysitting for under paid employees that must be watch because the employer won’t pay enough to build trust with their employees to do their job with a sense of responsibility and pride for their work….so the company buys this software
Like the other reviewer, I also wish I’d never downloaded the latest update. Very frustrating that you cannot go back to the old version even if you delete the new one and redownload the older one. It automatically says that you are already in the newest version and have to sign out to use the old one. Other issues include: App opening and then immediately closing out over and over again till it “decides” to remain open and available to use. Freezes up constantly so that you cannot continue with whatever you were doing in the app without restarting again. Will not show completed tasks even if you have completed and submitted surveys, notes etc. Less intuitive- makes you have to click around to different screens to get to history of previous notes and visits. Timing of your day is off- will say you worked 2.5 hours after really working a full day. Also mileage is inaccurate but that was the same in the previous version. I’ve wasted so much time out of my day dealing with this app not functioning correctly. Not sure why they have not addressed these issues yet but my advice would be to stay away!
Wish I had not updated. Prefer the previous formatting. I don’t have time to hunt around trying to figure out where all my info is- Also, access to all settings no longer seems to be available. If new version uninstalled, are you able to use previous version? I see original app still available in App Store.
