This software has made us very successful. I see some reviews that indicate problems with the software which I can absolutely say are not true. My 20+ years experience with this software has been nothing but reliable, highly functioning, and accurate information. Again, as a 20 year user of this software, I truly question some of the negative reviews that I had read. I can attest to the fact, that simply we have never experienced some of the negative things that I read. Making me wonder who wrote them and what was their motivation.
I have not received a single alert since changing to T-Mobile.
We should be able to add a time card in the app. Other than that, the design is very “in your face”. A lot of info jammed into it, but it does the job for the most part. If we could personalize it at least a little bit, like what info we want on the home screen and a drop down to the others (like the website) that would be all too convenient.
