Useless app
They wouldnt tell you before signing up that they only serve in kolkata as of now, and they even wouldn’t allow to do anything in app unless you choose a deliverable area. I wanted to delete my profile so I literally selected more than 40 areas in kolkata so that the app allows me to do something and delete my profile but for all areas selected they said they do not deliver here. Ugh! How do I delete my profile now? Such a waste app.

App doesn’t work
Downloaded, opened and tried signing in with google. It loaded for a bit and then crashed. Kept getting a 503 error every time I opened it and the app would force closes itself. Developers need to improve and do some beta testing before releasing to the public

5 star for doze easy handling app and good service But area of improvement is their delivery partner, they come with different reason why they delivered late… anyways the dooze provided very good assistance
