While I’m new to the Galvan app itself, I’ve been watching Galvan’s efforts in wellness and particularly their AI voice wellness check feature for a while now. The idea that I can have regular check-ins on my health (particularly in mental and emotional health) is a massive help to me. As some one with ADHD, getting regular reads on how I’m doing before I even notice concerns is a godsend. I have high hopes and great expectations for what Galvan will do in the health and wellness space
