Lost sync within 24 hours had to reset- my network connections all lost with custom settings…. now reinitializing my nas because of this app force fed by qnap. Great job guys making me want to go back to synology

The negative reviews are from people who are complaining about their problems with their NAS and not this app and those should be removed!
This app works great and allows me to Authenticate with a push just like Duo.

This works well enough. If you need two factor authentication, I prefer using generic Google Authenticator apps, but this app is decent and provides protection via TouchID or FaceID.
Two factor auth on QNAP admin accounts is critical.

QNAP Authenticator is a free app that adds an extra layer of security to your accounts by using your mobile device to verify your login. You can authenticate your identity using 2-Step Verification or Passwordless Login and choose from multiple verification methods.
