Klatch Coffee App

Today, I tried ordering ahead on this app using Apple Pay. The app immediately declined my order even though it showed my card getting charged immediately. I called the place to make sure the order hadn’t gone through and they said it hadn’t. I then tried to manually put my card information in, tried to order again and it STILL REJECTED THE CARD even though I put the info in correctly. Once again, my card got a pending charge. I was looking forward to getting coffee this morning and now can’t get anything because this hiccup made me late to work. This app is not very user friendly when it comes to ordering ahead and I really hope they fix this annoying bug. I’ll just be waiting to see if the pending charges on my card get dropped in the meantime.

I understand that the ratings are bad because everyone wants a better return rate on the rewards. Try to appreciate that you're instead getting better quality coffee (try the Honey Latte w/ Breve); the store is clean and bright; the service is stellar; and I wouldn't be surprised if their employees are paid more. So, I'll rate the app considering all that and its a solid 5 stars. Note: about the "they're greedy" comments- I once had to remove an item from my order because I didn't quite have enough. When i got to the window; they said it was on them and gifted me the order. I didn't ask then too; and they must've deduced by how I amended the order that I was struggling a bit. They're anything but greedy.

I used to go to Starbucks but since it’s been reported they sell fake food then what are we left with. Klatch is a very good locally sourced coffee, heck they even sell 2# bags in costco. I’ll admit the rewards system is pretty bad but to be fair if you order and pay with the app they double your points so no it’s not going to cost you $600 to get a free sandwich. They pump out drinks pretty fast with the limited staff they have here. Prices could be lower but I guess I’m willing to pay a little more for better quality coffee to a business that I’d like to see more readily available locations. I really can’t stand the opposing monster of a conglomerate and how people will stop at nothing for it. There’s one on every corner and the playing field isn’t really level so nevermind the outdated reviews your reading from a year ago as Klatch is up n coming and I hope they achieve to be a success.
