Sumo : Endless Survival

I don’t have a ton of games on my phone but this one is hard and a lot of fun.

This is a super fun & addictive game! It is very easy to jump right into it, and the concept is simple: Collect gems & don’t get bullied out of the arena! You control your little sumo character with an on-screen joystick. The controls and movement feel intuitive and fluid. You collect gems, but while doing so, enemies or “bullies” will be dive-bombing into the arena to try to force you out. There are different types of enemies, and the difficulty of the game increases as you collect more and more gems. The games are generally short (ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes). It is challenging but very rewarding once you start to figure out the bullies and get a better feel for your strategy & how you move around the arena. Fun, quick/engaging gameplay mechanics, and very easy to learn. Definitely recommend giving this one a try!

This is a great app to have when you need something to do for a few minutes. I’d probably play it even more if there were achievements/badges or other modes like a zen mode where you just collect gems and don’t die or a time trial mode where you try to collect gems as quickly as you can (with or without the bullies).
