NexHT Cam

It took several attempts to get the cam to connect with the initial setup. Here’s what I learned: The cam works when the USB is plugged into a power socket, but it doesn’t connect to the app on the initial setup. I tried several times but it did not work. I loaded a 64GB microSD into the cam and it still didn’t connect. Finally, I plugged the cam directly into my desktop PC USB, still with the microSD loaded. This time it successfully connected to the app and I was able to configure it. After this I unplugged the cam and installed it at the location where it would monitor. The cam immediately connected to the wi-fi and I could view it with the app. Powering down the cam and re-starting it did not erase or reset the connection. Hope this helps.

I had to change my review from a 1 to a 5 These were a bit hard to get started due to the app not functioning , but it finally either fixed itself or it may have been the user. So far I have set up 3 of them and they seem to be working very well. I like the tracking and IR lighting on these. I hope they last .. but I’m giving these a 5 star as of now. Thanks
