Great App and Desktop platform. Odds and offerings are in line with expectations and are competitive with the rest of the market place. The customer service has been great thus far, which is a breath of fresh air considering what I’ve personally experienced with their competitors. Issues and concerns can come with any book. What separates them from their larger competitors in the marketplace is a solid customer service platform with a well trained staff. Something I feel is lacking on other larger US books. Live chat is with an actual human being and not a bot. This is extremely helpful if you have a time sensitive issue or a have a pointed question that needs attention. You don’t get the feeling that a customer service representative is kicking the can down the road when you have questions. Take notes: DK and FD. Also, due to my proximity to the Mississippi River, I’ve had issues with Geolocation with other books. BetFreds geolocation software has done a solid job of locating me correctly in Iowa, even though I’m less than 20 yards from the Mississippi River boarder which acts as the divider between Iowa and Illinois.

There’s a few things with the sign in process that I don’t care for. However, the customer service is exceptional. Had a quick question/concern over a minor wager. The service via text responded back almost immediately and in a few minutes I had an explanation and guidance on how to proceed. Expected a circuitous runaround, but was pleasantly surprised.

I will say that BetFred was originally not the greatest sports book. The website was hard to navigate and the promos were subpar. But now that they have an app and have changed their interface it has been easy to navigate and I have seen a lot of promos. I think this will now be my main sports book. The last test will be the withdrawal process. The only critique that I would say, only because I like betting on tennis, is allow for live tennis betting. Great rework BetFred!
