I was shocked that the app does not alert the shopper of items out of stock, and increases in per lb meats??? I purchased over $1,000.00 worth of meat and other items. At least 5 of the items were not in the order, yet my order increased in total price by $40.00…. the approximate amount of the items not delivered. I understand meats weighed as close as possible to requested amount… for example ordering 4.5lbs and receipt says 4.64… I get that…. but there were items that were weighed way more than was requested… LESSON LEARNED: I will no longer order by delivery but will shop in person.. this is a weird type of “bait and switch” going on!!! I am VERY VERY disappointed…
The store has everything I need. The app is easy to use. I get updates on my delivery and even side by side comparisons for suggested replacement items.
