I like the app and was using it regularly however when the time came to cash out my coins for a reward gift card it requires identity verification. I tried taking the photo several times with my dog using a clear background with nothing in the background and a full picture of us. Despite several attempts it says error cannot complete try again over and over. I emailed Vetted Support about the issue and they advised the reward redemption feature is currently unavailable and unfortunately they do not know when it will be back online. They advised they are working to address the reasons for it being unavailable and hope to have it back up and running soon. As soon as it is available we will contact all of our pet parents to let them know. I appreciate the prompt response however it is frustrating that there is no timeline on fixing this issue. Please remove the identity verification or resolve the redemption reward issue as soon as possible as this is one of the main reasons people consistently use the app and it defeats the purpose of the app if we are not able to use the rewards to obtain gift cards that we can use for dog food or to take care of our pets. Once the reward redemption is fixed and I can redeem for gift cards I will change my rating but for now 2 stars.

I recently downloaded this app and it's pretty good. It's very easy to earn rewards, especially if you have multiple dogs, and is great encouragement to spend more time with them. I like how there are extra daily activity suggestions, but I wish they cycled out more for different ideas to do. You can also read articles to get extra points and learn more about your pet! I was really interested in this feature but a bit disappointed how they are mostly written by ai.

It was a relief to be able to reach out to a very professional to ask questions about my dogs behavior. It was in the evening, and my daughter was sitting on the couch with our dog, he was fast asleep. She reached to pet him & startled him, and he almost bit her. She was very upset, but after talking to a vetted vet professional, they helped us to understand his behavior. He is the sweetest, most loving dog and adores my daughter, but she startled him. He didn’t know it was her, so he reacted to protect himself, or maybe even to protect her. We now know that we need to gently talk to him when he’s fast asleep and we want his attention. There have been several other times where I have reached out for advice, but this is the one that stands out the most. It brings me comfort that I can reach out anytime, even for little things 💕
