From the smooth ease of use, to having my suggestions/needs put into action remarkably fast- I love this app. I’d bounced around from competitors that charged insane amounts to access their “base” level software & constantly experienced either confusion, setbacks, time delays due to scratching my head to figure things out- and then I saw an ad for this app and I have used it with SO much ease & have benefited insanely from their capabilities! I’d love to see this app continue to grow. The way I can type out my charges and then have the app put it all together in a beautiful invoice or estimate is so sleek & professional looking. It’s given me confidence and ease. I can’t say enough Good things about it. Looking forward to the growth & future features to come!
I'll be honest I don't write reviews but I've been using this since 2022 and I couldn't be more happy. It honestly makes things so much easier being able to access it from my browser and my phone makes it enjoyable to write stupid invoices. Having two businesses I'm able to switch with the business switch function which is super cool I've seen this app evolve I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to stuff like this and I can't wait to see more awesome features very pleased!
I wanted to wait to leave a review until I have used the app for a while. I have been using invoice fly since around August of 2024, before that I used Microsoft excel and word to keep track of things. Invoice fly has been a great way to log my expenses, jobs, and even create a new logo I would highly recommended it! My suggestion to the company would be to create a way to add multiple photos for 1 receipt or add a way to include refunds on receipts to make the math easier as sometimes I purchase items and have to return some of the order so I have to just subtract it and make a note, logging my receipt with a separate files app. Another suggestion I have would be to add a section to be able to not schedule jobs but have a to do list of people to get to with maybe a note section and a done by date, logging clients addresses numbers and what needs done. The only issues with the app I’ve noticed is when I print an export report it has a image description but can’t see all images in an external report, the other issue is sometimes I convert estimates to invoices and it just creates a copy and keeps the estimate in its own section. Other than that the app is very user friendly and I’m able to keep track of stuff so much easier than before! Highly recommend!
Invoice Fly is the easiest way to create and send professional invoices to your clients. It’s perfect for small businesses, freelancers and contractor...
