This is the best invoice and estimate app. What makes it the best? It’s FREE and you can download your own invoice pdf and email it to your client so you KNOW the second it actually emails without any screwing around or wondering if it actually got sent!! So you’re not relying on some 3rd party garbage for your MONEY!! You can simply add your payment options in your invoice like Venmo, Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, etc. All these invoice apps charging $100+ annually are absolutely insane, sure if you’re accepting payments through the app they could charge a small fee but why not get a check or use a different pay option. This app should just start charging a 5$ one time fee for the app and then if you want to accept payments through it do a suuuper small fee or something cause jobber and joist prices are a absolute SCAM.
Overall, no complaints. It does what it is supposed to do, make and send invoices, track them. It takes about 10 mins to setup the first time and pretty seamless afterwards. I would like to see a few more options for “one-click” fulfillment from client, however, that info can be added in “Notes” section or similar. It has become my go-to invoicing system when all I have is my phone.
This app is actually what they say it is. Not only did they not cut corners because it’s free, but the invoices are about as good as you can get anywhere at any price. It’s real easy to use too. My only complaint is the option to switch to Billdu, which has a few extra features I suppose. This app is so good I might be willing to pay, I just don’t want something different, which Billdu might be. So I’m not planning to switch.
